Inco Ships operates all vessels to the same standard, irrespective of whether they are company-owned or third party owned. Our philosophy is to operate in the safest and most efficient manner possible whilst complying with :

Technical Superintendents, known as 'Vessel Managers', are each allocated a group of four vessels. Vessel Managers are responsible for monitoring all aspects of the vessels' condition and operation, including:

• Safety performance
• Cargo handling
• Planned and project maintenance
• Budget control
• Dry-dock planning and supervision
• Crew monitoring and mentoring 

Inco Ships employees an Engineering Reliability Manager to oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of planned maintenance systems.

Through our fleet management system Owners can have almost live access to vessel operations reports and data.
