Training

Inco Ships invests heavily in the training and up-skilling of our employees in both short-course and long-course formats.

Current internal training courses include :

• Confined space entry
• Working at heights
• Manual Handling
• OH&S Health and safety representitive
• Mooring safety
• Ship-handling (manned model and simulator)

In 2012 Inco Ships will establish an Enterprise RTO to enable internal training to meet the standards of the Australian Qualifications Training Framework.
