Our philosophy is to operate in the safest and most efficient manner possible whilst complying with

  • Owners' requirements

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Flag and Class requirements

  • Charterers' requirements

Technical Superintendents, known as 'Vessel Managers', are each allocated specific vessels. Vessel Managers are responsible for monitoring all aspects of the vessels' condition and operation, including:

  • Safety performance

  • Cargo handling

  • Planned and project maintenance

  • Budget control

  • Dry-dock planning and supervision

  • Crew monitoring and mentoring

Inco Ships employs an Engineering Reliability Manager to oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of planned maintenance systems.

Through our fleet management system Owners can have almost live access to vessel operations reports and data.

Our solid relationships with first-class suppliers, workshops and marine service providers ensures reliable and high-quality service at the lowest possible price.
